本日は大切な皆さまにお知らせです。

実は今週から抗がん剤治療に入りました。

この間は治療に専念するため、新規のご予約は6月からスタートさせていただきます。

もちろん当サロンのお客様はご質問など引き続きご利用いただけますので、公式LINEアカウントから遠慮なくご連絡下さいませ。

今後の体調がどうなるのか未知の世界ではありますが、色と香りを味方に3ヶ月間乗り切りたいと思います。

I’m writing to inform you that I started chemotherapy this week.
New appointments will start in June because I focus on my treatment.
Of course, my salon customers will continue to be available for any questions, so please don’t hesitate to contact me.
It’s unknown what will happen to my health condition in the future, but I hope to get through the next 3 months with color and aroma.

私が前向きに治療ができているのは、間違いなく色と香りで自分を上手くコントロールできているからです。

明るい色を着ること。

気分が上がるアイテムを選ぶこと。

好きな香りでご機嫌に過ごすこと。

もちろんいつもご機嫌ではいられませんし、マイナスの感情になることもあります。

そんな時はまずその感情を認めてから、手放して引きずらないこと。

そして、自分の気分が上がることに目を向けてみるのです。

皆さまは何でテンションが上がりますか？

幸せだなぁと思うことは何でしょうか？

私は闘病を通して日常の有り難みを痛感したので、当たり前の日常でも幸せに感じることが増えました。

皆さまも上手く自分の気持ちをコントロールして、ご機嫌にお過ごしいただきたいと思います。

明るい色、気分が上がるものを意識して選んでみて下さいね♪

I’m able to treat myself positively, no doubt because I’m able to control myself better with color and aroma.
Wear bright color.
Choose items that make you feel good.
Stay in a good mood with your favorite aroma.
Of course, you can’t be in a good mood all the time, and there are times when you’ll feel negative emotions.
When that happens, first acknowledge the feeling, then let it go and don’t let it hung up.
Then, turn your attention to what makes you feel good.
What makes you feel good ?
What makes you happy ?
Through my illness I’m aware of how much I appreciate everyday life, so I feel happier even ordinary days.
I hope that everyone can control their feelings and be in a good mood.
Please be conscious of choosing bright color and things that make you feel good.

ここで最近私のテンションが上がったものをご紹介します♪

JCBA日本カラービューティライフ協会代表理事の吉田美奈子先生がアンバサダーを務めるLes Georgettesへ、レッスン後に美奈子先生、生徒様と一緒に伺ってきました。

Les Georgettes（レ・ジョルジェット

フランスのカスタマイズアクセサリーブランドです。

骨格ウェーブの私は元々バングルは苦手意識があり、今回が初バングルです。

Here is something that got me excited recently.
I visited Les Georgettes, where JCBA President Minako Yoshida is an ambassador, with Teacher Minako and our student after a lesson.
It’s a French brand of customized accessories.
I have always been uncomfortable with bangles because of frame wave type, so this was my first bangle.

幅は1番細い8ミリ、ジルコニアが埋め込まれた上品でエレガントなデザインを選びました。

シルバーだと冷たすぎる雰囲気になるので(やはり2ndがスプリングだからか)ローズゴールドに。

レザーはエメラルド/スパンコールシルバー、ライトピンク/ライトグレー。

I chose the thinnest width of 8mm and a classy and elegant design with embedded zirconia.
Silver give me too cold atmosphere (my 2nd season is spring), so I chose rose gold.
The leather is emerald/sequin silver and light pink/light gray.

リバーシブルで楽しめるので、とってもお得。

ローズゴールドのバングルにこれらのレザーを組み合わせると、ライトサマーの私にぴったりではないか～！

キラキラする光ものは開運アイテム。

単純な私は気分上げ上げでございます♪

こういうのが本当に大事なのです。

当日に急に行くことになりましたが、抗がん剤治療前に素敵なアイテムをゲットできてラッキー。

気分が上がるアイテムで、日常がさらに彩り豊かなものになります。

改めて痛感したショッピングでした。

We suddenly decided to go shopping, but I was lucky enough to get some great items before my chemotherapy.

The shopping made me realize this once again.
